The conference Integration of Energy Efficient Solutions and Renewable Energy Sources in New and Renovated Buildings is being organized in the frame of the project REBECEE – Renewable Energy and Building Exhibition in Cities of the Enlarged Europe. The REBECEE project is carried out under the European Union’s programme Intelligent Energy and has the aim to promote organization of building exhibitions, workshops and parallel events where architects, engineers and techniques have an opportunity to present the new for Bulgaria projects – low energy and passive buildings, building management systems, integrated systems using renewable energy sources, etc.
As a forum, that is first in order in Bulgaria, the conference will cooperate the efforts of universities, research centers, construction companies, design desks and small and medium enterprises in the installation sector for popularization of low energy and passive buildings and innovative energy efficient solutions and systems.

In the frame of the conference will be provided:

• participation of scientists and specialists with a big practical experience in designing, implementation  and maintaining of contemporary buildings;
• organization of sessions with participation of pupils, students and Ph.D. students from Bulgarian and foreign schools and universities;
• visiting of two objects in Sofia with demonstration and discussion for priority of new technologies and their execution.
